These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the TradeHarbour platform and services provided by TradeHarbourapp Limited (“TradeHarbour”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using TradeHarbour, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.


1. About TradeHarbour

TradeHarbour is a software platform designed to help trade businesses manage customer bookings, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, and customer information.

The platform is currently intended for use by plumbing businesses and trade professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

- you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement
- the information you provide is accurate and complete
- you will keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


3. Accounts

To access certain features of the platform you must create an account.

You agree to:

- provide accurate information
- maintain the security of your account
- notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

TradeHarbour reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Platform Services

TradeHarbour provides tools that allow users to:

- manage jobs and service requests
- manage customers and contact details
- accept booking requests from customers
- schedule workmanage team members
- generate invoices
- communicate with customers

TradeHarbour provides software tools only and does not participate in service agreements between businesses and their customers.


5. Business Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the services they provide to their customers.

TradeHarbour is not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers, including but not limited to disputes relating to:

- job completion
- service quality
- payments
- pricing
- scheduling
- cancellations

TradeHarbour acts solely as a software platform provider.


6. Subscription Plans

TradeHarbour may offer different subscription plans including:

- Free
- Pro
- Team

Features and usage limits may vary depending on the selected plan.

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.


7. Payments

Payments for subscription plans are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription you agree to Stripe’s terms and payment policies.

TradeHarbour does not store full payment card details.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in:

-suspension of services
-restriction of account access
-termination of account


8. Data and Customer Information

Users may store customer information within the platform including:
- names
- phone numbers
- addresses
- postcodes
- job notes

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to collect and store this information.

TradeHarbour processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TradeHarbour to:

- conduct unlawful activities
- send spam or unsolicited communications
- upload malicious software
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
- interfere with platform operations

TradeHarbour reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


10. Availability of Service

TradeHarbour aims to provide reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or restrict access to the platform for:

- maintenance
- upgrades
- security reasons
- technical issues


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeHarbour shall not be liable for:

- loss of profits
- loss of business
- loss of customers
- missed bookings
- data loss
- indirect or consequential damages
- Use of the platform is at your own risk.


12. Termination

TradeHarbour may suspend or terminate your account if:

- you breach these Terms
- you misuse the platform
- payment obligations are not met

You may stop using the service at any time.


13. Changes to the Terms

TradeHarbour may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
